The Sessions
Private boxing sessions in Hampstead Heath, NW3 or home within surrounding areas. The sessions are for any level and are padwork based for fitness and technique, typically split in three parts; warm up, technique and sometimes sparring depending on the level of the student.
Technique teaching includes footwork, balance, strategy, head movement, defensive skills and an array of punches. Rounds are often timed with short rest time in between to improve fitness and endurance over time
A number of clients choose to combine boxing with weight training and or combat Krav Maga / self defence training.

Boxing is a physical, emotional and mental connection within your body. It's you and the pads. Whatever is going on in your life, work, kids, relationships, money, or low mood during that hour of punching takes your mind off the problems.
